Selling Your Home can be a difficult task. Let Ed May help you.
Selling
your home is difficult. I know from experience that it's also a question
of family relocation. Most home owners,
home selling is not a common experience and the investment size raises
as many questions like a jigsaw puzzle.
To successfully sell your home, it's a matter of organization and sorting
things out until a marketing plan is designed. Home owners typically fall
under three groups: Planning Your Strategy, Getting
Ready For Sale, and From Sale to Settlement.
As a preeminent Re/Max of Ocean City Broker/ Agent, my business is to
know the all the answers to your real estate questions.

If you are interested in selling your home, a good seller knows what
his home is worth based on the market of the surroundings. For example,
if your house is priced higher than other homes for sale in the area,
you're going to need to back up the cost with reasons such as upgraded
kitchen, fully finished basement, upgraded lighting, decks, etc. If your
neighbors are selling their homes with similar upgrades as your home,
there is no point in selling your home for a much higher price. IT WILL
NOT SELL.
The best thing to do is to put yourself in the buyers' position. Ask
yourself, "Is the color of the interior too dark? Is the front door
easily accessible and easy to show? Are there any cracks in the walls?
How old is the paint, roof, and siding?" There are so many questions
that buyers will be nitpicky about. Make sure you can cover all those
to your best ability. Finally, ask yourself if you would buy the house
for the price you are wanting to sell it for.
Now, if you don't know what your neighbors (i.e. ten to twenty block
radius or so) are selling their homes for, fill out the form to the right.
I will print out a marketing analysis to show you what is the going market
for homes in your area. Based on the marketing analysis and what you know
about the upgrades of your home, we can come to a conclusion for a price
